This product does two things I look for: value and reliability. The price I have bought this product at has always been excellent, and it is cheaper than most other brands. Creatine itself is very easily broken down in milk. I use a shaker every morning to put 1 teaspoon of creatine with 1 teaspoon of protein in 8 grams of whole or 2% milk. From there I use it for cereal. Usually a plate of mini wheat with rice puffs or cornflakes. (Keep the sugar as low as possible) The taste of milk and protein is pretty good for what it is, and the creatine mixes perfectly. If I do not use milk, I use water or a juice substitute. With water, there is nothing but sand grains as a texture. Although it’s not bad if you take it fast enough. When it is juiced, it will not have much taste / gritty feeling. Great product overall!
